Turn Duskfields into protected fighting positions. Slow the push, build Frost Armor, and give your friends time to clear the room instead of racing every threat.

The proven core / Renewal Duskfields
Renewal Grasps enlarges Duskfield Grenades. Allies inside gain Frost Armor; enemies inside deal reduced damage. Put the field where you can protect a position and catch dangerous combatants, without chasing enemies into open ground.
Touch of Winter supplies a crystal. Shattering it activates Whisper of Shards for grenade recharge. Winter's Shroud adds a nearby slow on dodge and faster class regeneration after slowing targets.
Safer weapon play between grenades
Wicked Implement is a Stasis Primary scout: precision hits build slow without spending Special ammo. Use it to hold lanes while your grenade and Super manage packs.
Frost Armor reduces incoming damage; it does not heal. Orbs, Recuperation, cover, and the four-piece Exodus Down charge-shift bonus provide personal recovery. Teammates receive Renewal's field protection, not your personal armor-set healing.
02 /
Make a safe lane, then keep it.
Place the shelter.
Throw Duskfield across a choke or the edge of your cover. Stand inside when practical for Frost Armor; catch enemies inside to reduce their damage. A field far away does not protect you merely because it exists.
Break the crystal.
Shoot the small Touch of Winter crystal to start Shards' grenade-recharge window. This setup does not equip Whisper of Chains and does not require leaving the crystal intact for an old proximity-resistance effect.
Control at range.
Land repeated Wicked Implement precision hits for slow. Use Withering Blade if a threat escapes or your grenade is unavailable. Slow and freeze buy time; bosses and other immune targets still need ordinary cover and weapon damage.
Dodge with a purpose.
Marksman's Dodge reloads and collects nearby ammo. Near enemies, Winter's Shroud adds slow; do not move into lethal melee range just to activate it. Bomber and a following Reaper kill help the next grenade and Orb cycle.
Pick up safe Orbs.
Siphons and Reaper feed Recuperation, Innervation, and Armor Charge. Your Stasis surge causes timed charge loss; gains and losses activate Exodus Down's personal defense. Torment helps from damage you take naturally, not deliberate exposure.
Super the dangerous wave.
Use Silence and Squall to stop a push or protect a revive approach, then shoot priority targets. Return to cover when the field expires. On a lone boss, use your Heavy; kill-based energy and Orb generation will be less frequent.

Aspects / 2 + 3 = 5 slots
Touch of Winter / 2 slots: improves Duskfield size and creates a small crystal on impact. Shoot this crystal for Shards.
Winter's Shroud / 3 slots: dodging slows nearby enemies; slowing targets briefly improves class ability regeneration. Your grenade, shuriken, and scout's slow also fit that condition.
Intentional adaptation: no Grim Harvest, shard-healing fragment, or Shatterdive. Renewal provides your Frost Armor directly; you are not relying on a legacy Grim Harvest description to generate shards.
Whisper of Shards
Shattering Stasis crystals temporarily boosts grenade recharge; additional crystal shatters extend it. Your Duskfield crystal is the repeatable starter source.
Whisper of Durance
Your slows last longer and lingering abilities last longer. Supports Duskfield control. +10 Melee.
Whisper of Rime
Raises the duration and maximum stacks of your Frost Armor. It improves a buff you obtain; it does not grant healing or create that buff alone.
Whisper of Torment
Taking enemy damage grants grenade energy, with more while you have Frost Armor. -10 Grenade. Stay behind cover rather than farming damage.
Whisper of Refraction
Defeating slowed or frozen enemies grants class ability energy. Keeps the dodge utility moving when there are enemies to defeat.

One Exotic, four starter-set pieces.
Renewal Grasps / Exotic arms
Depths of Duskfield: larger Duskfields, Frost Armor for allies inside, and reduced enemy damage from targets inside. Keep the real gauntlets equipped; an ornament alone does nothing.
This is team damage mitigation and control, not team healing, a taunt, or immunity. No exact stacking resistance percentage is assumed.
Wicked Implement / Exotic weapon
Stasis Primary scout / Kinetic slot. Rapid precision hits slow targets. Its intrinsic Overload coverage is useful without an artifact. The optional catalyst adds Headstone; it is not required because Touch of Winter already supplies crystals.
The database lists its historical Season of the Deep origin, not a guaranteed active farm. Check current Monument/vendor acquisition in game. Until owned, use a Legendary Stasis Primary, ideally with Headstone; that loses the Exotic's precision-hit slow.

4 pieces / Repurposed Charge
Gaining, losing, or spending Armor Charge heals you and grants brief damage reduction, scaling with the amount shifted. Siphon/Reaper Orbs plus surge decay support the loop. It affects you, not the fireteam.
Use the current set-bonus-enabled Exodus Down versions; legacy pieces and ornaments do not count. This returns to the easy-to-grind foundation by design, unlike the Solar Hunter's requested Lustrous exception.
Wave clear with ability energy on kills and healing from rapid defeats. A sustain roll, not a boss-damage choice. General Legendary pool; check current drops.
Accessible tracking-rocket option, not a top-DPS claim. Pick up Orbs for Explosive Light, then alternate weapons for reload. General Legendary pool; check version and availability.

Planning targets, not a verified inventory total: include Torment's -10 Grenade and Durance's +10 Melee. Preserve Health, Weapons, and resistance mods. Above 100 is not another identical cooldown tier, and 150 Class does not mean 50% more dodge recharge or permanent Frost Armor.

Monument of Triumph / reviewed 24 October 2026. The Duskfield/Wicked Implement plan: Stasis weapon pressure feeds Frost Armor and shards, shard pickups help the dodge cycle, and frozen enemies support shatter/slow control alongside Renewal protection.
Slot / tier
Perk
Trigger / practical effect
1 / T1
Wind Chill
Rapid Stasis weapon hits grant Frost Armor; hits on slowed/frozen targets also create Stasis Shards.
2 / T1
Crystalline Converter
After class ability use, a Stasis weapon defeat creates a shard. Collected shards build stacks for crystals on a powered Stasis melee hit.
3 / T2
Frost Renewal
While Frost Armor is active, critical damage triggers a nearby freeze and Frost Armor for nearby allies. Treat this as emergency protection, not a reason to take damage.
4 / T2
Hail the Storm
Improves frozen-target/crystal shatter and adds damaging, slowing ice fragments from shattered crystals.
5 / T2
Curative Orbs
Enemy shield breaks generate an Orb under the perk's conditions; elemental pickups, Orbs, and destroyed Tangles provide small healing.
6 / T3
Brain Freeze
Frozen enemies emit a slowing fog for nearby enemies that are not already slowed. Freeze immunity still matters.
7 / T3
Served Cold
Stasis Shard pickups return class energy; Void Breaches return melee energy. Neither pickup is interchangeable with an Orb.
Fit and limits.
Frost Armor is not healing; Curative Orbs is the separate pickup-based recovery option. Crystalline Converter needs the dodge-to-Stasis-defeat-to-shard-to-powered-melee sequence. Do not deliberately take critical damage for Frost Renewal.
Champion plan.
Wicked Implement intrinsically covers Overloads; freeze/shatter can cover Unstoppables. Bring an independent Barrier answer; an intrinsic counter can block a second counter on the same gun.
Check the activity's required types and your current in-game counter tooltips. No old seasonal auto/pulse/hand-cannon perk is assumed just because it existed in the original artifact.
Alternative direction: Queensfoil Censer favors Stasis precision defeats and Frigid Glare, trading the Satchel's shard/class utility for another freeze/shatter emphasis.
Match incoming damage. Frost Armor does not replace these.
Legs
Stasis Weapon Surge Recuperation Innervation
Matching weapon damage, timed Armor Charge decay, and Orb healing/grenade energy. Surge does not buff Duskfield or the Super.
Class item
Bomber Reaper Powerful Attraction
Dodge supports grenade energy and gathers nearby Orbs. The next weapon final blow after class ability use makes a Reaper Orb.
