Storm's Keep turns a Rally Barricade into a Bolt Charge position. Cuirass adds Thundercrash burst while Anarchy keeps pressure on the target between weapon shots.
Cuirass of the Falling Star greatly increases Thundercrash damage and grants damage resistance after impact. While amplified, melee final blows grant Super energy.
Storm's Keep grants Bolt Charge on class cast and while behind the Barricade; weapons can discharge full stacks from that position. Your barricade is not a Well or a healing source.
Anarchy lets you keep shooting.
Stick Arc traps to suitable targets, then return to your Special and firing position. Maintain the trap link rather than emptying the whole Heavy magazine on one target.
Knockout melee kills and Orbs offer recovery between damage windows. Against a lone boss without adds, those kill-based heals and refunds are less available. Plan a safe route back after Thundercrash.
02 /
Prepare a place to return to.
Build Orbs before damage.
Use the Primary and Arc weapons on ordinary enemies. Collect safe Orbs for Armor Charge, recovery, and Super. Do not assume the boss phase supplies free adds for every buff.
Place Rally at a useful angle.
Storm's Keep starts Bolt Charge and supports more while behind the wall. Keep a firing lane and a retreat route; avoid placing cover where grenades hit it at point-blank range.
Crash only when safe.
Use Cuirass Thundercrash during a real damage window. Its post-impact resistance is not immunity to mechanics, falls, or lethal exposure. Return to your protected weapon position.
Set Anarchy pressure.
Stick a pair of traps so they link on the target, then swap to Special fire. Refresh when needed rather than assuming more attached mines always multiply the same target's damage.
Use the refreshed roll honestly.
Trickle Charge Salvager's Salvo supports the source's Bolt Charge reload interaction. Test the current magazine behavior; a legacy Demolitionist Salvo cannot reproduce that perk. Manually reload when the conditions stop.
Recover between windows.
Knockout melee defeats make you amplified and restore health; later melee defeats while amplified feed Cuirass Super energy. Pulse Grenade adds lingering pressure. Use cover instead of forcing melee kills into unsafe enemies.

Storm's Keep / 2 slots: class cast grants Bolt Charge to you/nearby allies. Behind your Barricade, you/allies gain stacks over time and weapons can discharge full stacks.
Knockout / 2 slots: critically wounding or breaking a target's shield empowers melee; melee defeats grant Amplified and a health portion based on enemy strength.
No Touch of Thunder grenade enhancement or Point-Contact lightning is equipped. Bolt Charge, Jolt, and Amplified are distinct effects.
Spark of Resistance
More resistant to damage while surrounded. +10 Melee. A safety benefit, not a reason to stand among lethal enemies.
Spark of Discharge
Arc weapon defeats have a chance to create Ionic Traces; collecting one grants Bolt Charge. -10 Melee. Not a trace per hit.
Spark of Frequency
Melee hits improve equipped-weapon reload/stability. While amplified the effects improve and Bolt Charge gains increase.
Spark of Magnitude
Extends lingering Arc grenades including Pulse. Does not itself add Jolt, Blind, or a Champion counter.

Cuirass around the starter set.
Cuirass / Exotic chest
Glorious Charge: increased Thundercrash damage, post-impact resistance, and Super energy from melee defeats while amplified. Do not repeat old overshield wording or assume every unamplified melee kill qualifies.
Its Exotic effect is the reason to use Thundercrash here. No Eternal Warrior weapon buff or Star-Eater Super multiplier is equipped.
Anarchy / Exotic weapon
Arc Heavy grenade launcher. Sticking mines create linked Arc traps. Historical acquisition is the Tower Exotic Archive; check current currencies and access before farming.
The optional catalyst lists Jolting Feedback; base Anarchy is not assumed to Jolt automatically. An owned Legendary Arc Heavy lets you learn, but loses trap damage-over-time and changes the source rotation.

Charge gains, losses, and spending heal you and grant brief damage reduction, scaling with charge shifted. This is personal defense; the Barricade does not share it.
Four current set-bonus-enabled Exodus pieces, not ornaments/legacy versions. Keep the starter foundation even before perfect Exotic or weapon rolls.
Source-supported Bolt Charge rotation. Refreshed guide lists Pinnacle Ops; check live availability. The database's legacy pool instead has Demolitionist/Ambitious Assassin + Vorpal/Chain Reaction. Legacy Demolitionist + Vorpal is a usable manual-reload fallback, not the same engine.

Monument of Triumph / reviewed 24 October 2026. The Anarchy/Arc pressure plan: the listed Kinetic Primary supplies ammo/rupture utility while Arc weapon defeats can create Jolt orbs. Dielectric and Champion stuns supplement the Cuirass loop without depending on an Anarchy catalyst for every trigger.
Slot / tier
Perk
Trigger / practical effect
1 / T1
Kinetic Synthesis
Sustained Kinetic damage and rapid defeats can create an ammo pickup for Kinetic weapons and ammo progress; not a guaranteed brick per kill.
2 / T1
Press the Advantage
Breaking an enemy shield improves weapon handling, stability, and reload; it does not mean breaking your own shield.
3 / T1
Fierce Proxemics
Finisher defeats return grenade and melee energy. Only finish when approaching the target is safe.
4 / T2
Dielectric
Defeat Arc-debuffed enemies for Bolt Charge; rapid qualifying defeats also produce an Orb and a small heal.
5 / T2
Counter Energy
Your own or a fireteam member's Champion stun returns energy to your least-charged ability.
6 / T3
Elemental Orbs: Arc
Arc weapon defeats can create throwable/shootable Arc orbs that explode and Jolt. These are not ordinary Orbs of Power.
7 / T3
Kinetic Rupture
Kinetic damage against powerful enemies can create a shootable rupture; its detonation provides an Unstoppable option, not instant stuns on every hit.
Fit and limits.
Base Anarchy damage does not automatically Jolt; use actual Arc-debuff sources or an elemental orb for Dielectric. Finisher energy is optional utility when safe. This plan does not include an Arc-Super damage perk.
Champion plan.
Seismic Strike Blind can handle Unstoppables when safely executed. The catalyst or Arc-orb Jolt can supply Overload utility, but needs setup; bring a dependable alternative and Barrier coverage.
Check the activity's required types and your current in-game counter tooltips. No old seasonal auto/pulse/hand-cannon perk is assumed just because it existed in the original artifact.
Alternative direction: Tablet of Ruin can replace this with a Bolt Charge/Super-focused plan using Flashover, Defibrillating Blast, or Limit Break; choose at most two T3 perks.
Protect the cast, return path, and firing position.
Legs
Arc Weapon Surge Recuperation Innervation
Arc weapon damage, Orb recovery/grenade energy, and timed charge decay.
Class item
Reaper Powerful Attraction Bomber
Barricade gathers Orbs and supports grenade energy; next weapon defeat grants a Reaper Orb.
